Cannot make it for a bodywork session? Foam rolling can be extremely beneficial too! We will meet for an hour online. You can expect a short meditation and breathwork to down-regulate your nervous system. Based on your needs, we will do 5-8 foam rolling techniques to relieve acute or chronic pain.
